1. General Terms

Bajibagh (bajibagh.my) is an internationally licensed online betting and casino platform. These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Bajibagh and its users. 2. Account Registration & Eligibility

• You must be 18 years of age or older to register. Any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately and deposited funds may be forfeited.
• Each person is allowed to create only one account. Only one account is permitted per device, email address, or mobile number.

• Registration is not permitted from countries or regions where online betting is prohibited by law.
• Accounts are for personal use only — managing an account on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bajibagh. Involvement in any one of them may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of your balance:

• Creating or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Attempting to hack, modify, or otherwise tamper with game software.
• Placing bets connected to match-fixing or manipulation of results.
• Using bajibagh for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
• Using bots or automated software to play games or place bets.
• Spreading false promotions or misleading information about Bajibagh.
• Engaging in fraudulent behaviour toward other users.
